The customer is a large NBFC operating in Urban, Rural & Semi-Urban India with a customer base of more than 75 lakh customers. The regulator had also provided guidelines on protecting users' private information. By masking or blurring some digits of an individual’s identification number. There was a need for a robust document management solution to streamline document collection, storage, and access while ensuring data security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Solution

  • The Company is using Kaara’s solution to help their customers upload view and delete documents against a given loan. With each loan account, loan application, and Individuals having a folder structure created by the system, the documents are now uploaded in multiple formats into the designated folder structure.
  • The tech stack used for building this solution was .NET, React, Cosmos DB, AWS and ADS
