Kaara delivery process is research driven, iterative, collaborative, thoughtful, accurate and actionable. At the same time, we ensure that the process is customisable around the diverse needs of one customer from another.
We start with understanding the entire ecosystem a customer is in, their different stakeholders and the customers the product is targeted towards, while doing so we collect tons of data from customer and secondary research.
We then define the delivery schedules and present a plan of execution. The execution plan is led by customer needs and by connecting the customer requirements, their aspiration and stakeholders.
The design process itself is a combination of creating user personas, sketch out the user flow, reducing the number of clicks/steps in user touchpoint, bring the product vision to life with immersing visual designs and by focusing on functionality without losing forms.
